All Latino Caucus Members, new and old and anyone interested in Latino Legal Affairs are cordially invited to this year’s AALL Latino Caucus Annual Meeting and Lexis/Nexis Sponsored Luncheon with Featured Speaker Anthony E. Varona, Associate Professor of Law and SJD Program Director at the American University – Washington College of Law.  Professor
Varona will discuss his paper “Towards a Broadband Public Interest Standard“.
